Laughery Creek, Osgood, Napoleon, and Batesville. Between 3 and 6 
inches of rain have fallen.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.

Flood waters are receding. However, flooding continues across Ripley 
county and parts of Franklin County. So a flood warning has been 
issued for those locations. Elsewhere, flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.
