* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West Central Clinton County in southwestern Ohio...
  Northern Warren County in southwestern Ohio...

* Until 600 AM EDT.

* At 304 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Flash 
  flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly given this rain 
  falling on saturated soils from rains earlier in the night.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

  Middletown, Lebanon, Springboro, Franklin, Carlisle, Waynesville, 
  Morrow, Hunter, South Lebanon, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Corwin, 
  Genntown, Oregonia, Fort Ancient, Pekin, State Route 48 at State

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR WEST CENTRAL CLINTON AND 
NORTHERN WARREN COUNTIES...

While widespread light to moderate rain is expected through the 
early morning hours, persistent thunderstorms and torrential heavy 
rain are not expected, and the flash flood threat has ended. The 
continued rain may allow for some ponding of water or minor flooding 
in poorly drained or low lying areas. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.

A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 1200 PM EDT Saturday for 
portions of Indiana...Northern Kentucky and Ohio.
