While minor flooding is continuing on certain roads, widespread
flash flooding is no longer a threat, given the decrease in
rainfall. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 PM EDT for a portion
of southeast North Carolina.
