Warning for the following rivers in Kansas...

  Fall River at Fredonia affecting Wilson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two 
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't 
drown.

  the Fall River at Fredonia.
* From this evening to tomorrow evening.
* At 1:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 
  19.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below 
  flood stage tomorrow morning to 5.3 feet and begin rising again 
  Tuesday morning. It will rise to 5.4 feet early Tuesday afternoon. 
  It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Flood waters backup into residential yards 
  located 1 mile south of Fredonia near the gage site off of Highway 
  96. Expect bank overflows on both banks.
