  heavy rain across Jackson, and Franklin counties. Between 1 and 2 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 
  inches are possible in the warned area as more heavy storms move 
  into the area from the south. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

rain across northwestern Jackson and western Franklin counties. 
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area, especially 
as heavier storms move in from the south. Flash flooding is expected 
to begin shortly.

heavier rain has developed to the south which will worsen the flash 
flood threat by 10 PM. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have already 
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible 
through 10 PM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.
