  Southeastern Lauderdale County in northwestern Alabama...
  Northwestern Lawrence County in northwestern Alabama...

* Until 545 PM CDT.

* At 245 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Northwestern Franklin, much of Central Colbert, 
  and portions of South Central Lauderdale County. Thunderstorms 
  will continue to move from the southwest to the northeast across 
  these locations, producing rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches 
  within the next hour. Flash Flooding will begin shortly.

AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHERN COLBERT, NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AL, 
SOUTHEASTERN LAUDERDALE AND NORTHWESTERN LAWRENCE COUNTIES IN 
NORTHWESTERN ALABAMA...

At 322 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across Northwestern Franklin, much of Central Colbert, and 
portions of South Central Lauderdale Counties. Thunderstorms 
continue to train across these areas from the southwest to the 
northeast, and will produce another 1 to potentially 3 inches of 
rain in the next few hours. Flash flooding will begin shortly if 
it's not already ongoing at the moment.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

A Flood Warning will take the place of the Flash Flood Warning due 
to the heavy rainfall moving out of the originally warned locations 
in Northwest Alabama. Residual flooding will continue for the next 
several hours.
