EAST CENTRAL MADERA AND NORTH CENTRAL FRESNO COUNTIES...

At 526 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated rain bands producing heavy 
rain across the Creek Fire Burn Scar. Up to one to two inches of 
rain have already fallen. Rainfall rates of .5 to .7 inches per hour 
have been measured at Mountain Rest and Shaver Raws stations. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding in and around the Creek Fire Burn Scar.

  the Creek Burn Scar area. Up to three inches to three and a half 
  inches of rain have already fallen over the Creek Burn Scar. At 
  658 AM, CHP reported that large boulders have slid into the 
  roadway of Mountain Spruce Road at Big Creek Road.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing 
           flash flooding and debris flow flooding across the Creek 
           Burn Scar.

At 936 AM PDT, Doppler radar and automated gauges indicated heavy 
rain falling across the Creek Burn Scar area. Three and a half to 
four inches of rain have fallen at Minarets Raws and Shaver Raws. 
The most intense rainfall is likely over, however, unstable soil 
could still slide for the next several hours.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash 
         flooding.
