HARRIS COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 830 AM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However,
this line is still capable of producing more tornadoes, so
continue to closely monitor the situation.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM CDT for southeastern
Texas.
