heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Law enforcement in Matagorda County has reported street
flooding along FM 521 near Wadsworth.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
