* At 155 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southwest
of Elberton, or near Carlton, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
