* At 1129 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

were common across the warned area, and the threat of additional
heavy showers will continue this afternoon. Areas of excessive
runoff and high water conditions will linger into late afternoon
countywide.
