* At 658 PM MDT/758 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of
  producing a tornado was located 15 miles northwest of Leoti, moving
  northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

was located 14 miles southwest of Russell Springs, or 17 miles north
of Leoti, moving northeast at 50 mph.

         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
