  Rooks County in north central Kansas...
  Western Phillips County in north central Kansas...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 1015 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles southeast of Prairie View to near 
  Plainville, moving northeast at 40 mph. This warning replaces the 
  previous warning for the warned area. 

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
