...The National Weather Service in Hastings NE has issued a Flood 
Warning for the following rivers in Nebraska...

  Republican River At Guide Rock affecting Webster and Nuckolls 
  Counties.

For the REPUBLICAN RIVER...including Guide Rock...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you 
can do so safely.

The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Republican River At Guide Rock.
* From late tonight to Tuesday morning.
* At 11:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 5.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just 
  after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.7 feet early tomorrow 
  afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday 
  morning.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet, Water begins spilling out of the river 
  banks.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet, Minor agricultural lowland flooding occurs 
  and roads B and E will begin to be impacted.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.6 
  feet on 05/15/1985.
