* Until 915 PM CDT.
* At 832 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lismore, or
15 miles east of Luverne, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

At 854 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing half dollar size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located over Rushmore, or 12 miles west of Worthington, moving southeast at 20 mph. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you are in the path of this storm, prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside should move to a shelter, preferably inside a strong building and away from windows. In addition to large hail and damaging winds, continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. WILL EXPIRE AT 915 PM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However small hail,
gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this thunderstorm.
