  Southwestern Lincoln County in southwestern Minnesota...
  Northwestern Pipestone County in southwestern Minnesota...
  Northeastern Moody County in east central South Dakota...
  Southeastern Brookings County in east central South Dakota...

* Until 800 PM CDT.

* At 728 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Elkton, or 16
  miles north of Pipestone, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN PIPESTONE AND NORTHEASTERN MOODY COUNTIES...

At 748 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable
of producing quarter size hail. This storm was located near Lake
Benton, or 11 miles north of Pipestone, moving southeast at 25 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in the path of this storm, prepare immediately for large
hail and damaging winds. People outside should move to a shelter,
preferably inside a strong building and away from windows.

In addition to large hail and damaging winds, continuous cloud to
ground lightning is occurring with this storm.  Move indoors
immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember,
