  The Paria River in...
  Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* Until 1000 PM MST Friday.

* At 257 PM MST, heavy rain has fallen over the Paria River drainage 
  in Arizona and southern Utah today. Between 0.75 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life-threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding in and around the Paria
           River.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around
           the Paria River.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Lees Ferry, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Grand Canyon 
  National Park and Navajo Reservation.
