The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
Southeastern Beltrami County in north central Minnesota...
* Until 615 PM CDT.
* At 531 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Tenstrike, or 16 miles northeast of Bemidji,
moving southeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and hail up to three inches in diameter.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

SOUTHEASTERN BELTRAMI COUNTY...
At 553 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Sugar Lake, or 23 miles east of Bemidji, moving
southeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and three inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. At 5:43 PM CDT, damage to trees
and very large hail was reported near the town of Turtle
River, Minnesota.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Beltrami County.

AT 615 PM CDT...
The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However hail and
gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for
north central Minnesota.
