FOR WESTERN CASS AND BARNES COUNTIES...

At 947 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Embden, or 28 
miles west of Fargo, moving east at 30 mph. In addition, the cell 
over LaMoure county will begin to move into southwestern Barnes 
county. 

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
