At 559 PM EDT...National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
strong storm within a tropical rain band near Mount Vernon, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...enhanced risk of a brief tornado.
IMPACT...Storms embedded within a tropical rainband have exhibited
localized rotation. A brief tornado could quickly form.
