At 441 PM EDT...National Weather Service doppler radar indicated a
strong storm within a tropical rain band near Rochelle, moving north
at 20 mph.
HAZARD...enhanced risk of a brief tornado.
IMPACT...Storms embedded within a tropical rainband have exhibited
localized rotation. A brief tornado could quickly form.
