* At 9:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.7 feet, and rising.

  continue.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15 feet 
  just after midnight Friday morning. It will then fall below flood 
  stage Friday evening.

  continue.
* Forecast...The river is near cresting and is expected to fall 
  below flood stage Saturday afternoon, then continue falling to 
  10.6 feet Saturday evening.
* Impact...Between 19 and 20 feet, minor flooding continues in the 
  pastures, fields and woodlands upstream and downstream from the 
  Keiths Mill Road bridge. Some areas will be under 4 feet of water.

  Thursday evening and crest around 22.3 feet early Friday 
  afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 18 feet, flood stage is reached with minor flooding 
  beginning in the woodlands, fields and pastures along the river, 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on the Brackett Ridge Road 
  bridge.
* Impact...between 21 and 23 feet, minor flooding continues to

  the Chattooga River near Summerville.
* Until Friday afternoon.
* At 9:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.5 feet, and starting to 
  fall.
* Flood stage is 14 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring, and minor flooding is forecast to 
  continue.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Friday 
  morning and then continue falling, dropping to 3.9 feet Tuesday 
  evening.
* Impact...Between 16and 17 feet, minor flooding continues in the 
  woodlands and fields along the river upstream and downstream from 
  the gage on U.S. Highway 27, or Rome Boulevard. The lowest 
  portions of the parking lot by the river at Mount Vernon Mills in 
  Trion may begin to flood. Near Lyerly, portions of Lyerly Dam Road 
  near the river may also begin to flood.
