  Yellow River near East Lithonia affecting DeKalb and Rockdale 
  Counties.

  Oconee River near Penfield affecting Greene, Oconee and Clarke 
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive  
through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Yellow River near East Lithonia.
* From this evening to Friday morning.
* At 1:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 5.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow 
  morning and continue to rise to 13.3 feet early tomorrow 
  afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Flood stage is reached. Minor flooding will 
  occur in portions of the woodlands and fields near the river 
  upstream and downstream from the gage on Pleasant Hill Road.

  the Oconee River near Penfield.
* From Thursday morning to Saturday evening.
* At 2:00 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 10.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow 
  morning and continue to rise to 15.0 feet early Friday afternoon. 
  It will then fall below flood stage Saturday afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Minor flooding continues to expand into 
  fields...woodlands and pastures...mainly on the right bank of the 
  river...upstream and downstream from the gage on the Georgia 
  Highway 15 bridge.

...The Flood Warning for the Yellow River near East Lithonia has 
been cancelled...

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  the Yellow River near East Lithonia.
* At 1:45 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 4.1 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 13 feet.
* Forecast...The river will fall to 4.0 feet and then begin rising 
  this evening. It will then rise again to 4.7 feet early tomorrow 
  afternoon before falling again. Expected rainfall is no longer 
  expected to produce flooding on this stretch of the river. 
  Rainfall amounts and river conditions will continue to be 
  monitored for possible new warnings if neeeded.
