The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Kinney County in south central Texas...
  West central Uvalde County in south central Texas...

* Until 900 PM CDT.
    
* At 831 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Anacacho, or 11 miles east of Spofford, moving
  north at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Anacacho, Laguna, Cline and Turkey Mountain.
