have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

MORNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN KINNEY, NORTHEASTERN MAVERICK, SOUTHWESTERN
UVALDE AND NORTHWESTERN ZAVALA COUNTIES...
At 315 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated one round of thunderstorms
moving east of the warned area, with another round of thunderstorms
beginning to move in from the west. This will result in continued
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
