heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

MORNING FOR EAST CENTRAL ATASCOSA, KARNES AND SOUTHERN WILSON
COUNTIES...
At 1041 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a broad area of moderate
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1/2 inch are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is likely ongoing in areas that are
normally flood-prone. Given these relatively lighter rainfall rates,
the Flash Flood Warning is expected to expire at 11 AM CDT.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
