* At 633 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

MORNING FOR ATASCOSA AND EASTERN FRIO COUNTIES...
At 921 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated isolated pockets of heavy
rain across the warned area of Atascosa and eastern Frio counties.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Residual flash
flooding is ongoing and could continue into later this morning
around poor drainage areas.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
