* From Wednesday afternoon to early Friday afternoon.
* At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 29.6 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
flood.
* Impact...At 31.0 feet, 347th Road or Main Street east of Highway
169 is under water.

* At 10:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 23.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 31.4 feet Thursday morning. It will
then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Low lying farmland and other rural land
floods.
* Impact...At 30.0 feet, Highway 152 floods 0.75 miles west of La
Cygne. If Middle Creek is also flooding Highway 152, the only
route into or out of La Cygne will be the County Road, or 4th
Street, leading north from La Cygne.
