  West central St. Clair County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 900 PM EDT.
    
* At 807 PM EDT, a tornado producing storm was located over Armada,
  or near Richmond, moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Macomb and west central St. Clair Counties, including
  the following locations... Berville.
