* At 739 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Dunnstown, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  McElhattan around 740 PM EDT.
  Jersey Shore and Avis around 750 PM EDT.
  Collomsville around 800 PM EDT.
  Williamsport, Cogan Station and Duboistown around 810 PM EDT.

was located over Avis, moving east at 20 mph.
