...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT PARTS OF MCKEAN...WARREN...
CAMERON...AND ELK COUNTIES UNTIL 345 PM EDT...

At 307 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm near 
Kinzua Dam, moving south at 25 mph. Other strong storms were forming 
nearby.

Pea size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible.
