FOR SOUTHEASTERN WARREN AND WESTERN MCKEAN COUNTIES...

At 717 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ludlow, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail. One inch hail 
         has already been reported in this storm.
