  Eastern Schuylkill County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 737 PM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area with over 4 inches reported in the New Ringgold 
  area.  Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Pottsville, Tamaqua, Schuylkill Haven, Shenandoah, Mahanoy City, 
  St. Clair, Orwigsburg, Mcadoo, Port Carbon, Hometown, Tuscarora,
