  Northeastern Calhoun County in south Texas...

* Until 330 PM CDT.
    
* At 314 PM CDT, a storm capable of producing a waterspout was 
  located over Schicke Point, or 10 miles southwest of Palacios, 
  moving northwest at 20 mph. This waterspout could move onshore. 

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
