* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Refugio County in south central Texas...
  Central San Patricio County in south central Texas...

* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 805 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain have 
  fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 5 inches in 1 hour. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sinton, Refugio, Woodsboro, Odem, St. Paul, Quintana, Bonnie View, 
  West Sinton and Edroy.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM CDT THIS 
MORNING FOR CENTRAL REFUGIO AND CENTRAL SAN PATRICIO COUNTIES...

At 1053 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain 
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. 
TXDot reports water over the road on FM 1945 and road closure for FM 
1944 just east of US Highway 77. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 
2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing 
or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
