  Central Aransas County in south central Texas...

* Until 245 PM CDT.

* At 1144 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain 
  have fallen in the past few hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 
  2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area in the next couple 
  of hours. Flash flooding is already occurring. Water rescues are 
  ongoing.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Rockport/Fulton. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

* At 232 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported significant flooding 
  across the warned area. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have 
  fallen. Additional heavy rain through late afternoon could produce 
  1 to 3 inches of new rainfall in the warned area. Flash flooding 
  is already occurring.

  This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Rockport and Fulton. This is a 
  PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.
