* Until 1245 PM CDT.

* At 955 AM CDT, The public reported flash flooding in Rockport. 
  Radar indicates multiple rounds of thunderstorms continuing to 
  produce moderate to heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 
  and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Public and radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Rockport, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Ingleside On The Bay, Palm 
  Harbor, Copano Village and Fulton.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
