The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southern Trumbull County in northeastern Ohio...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 353 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain in near Warren and Holland Center. Between 2 
  and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 
  1 inch in 2 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch 
  are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Warren, Niles, Cortland, Lordstown, Vienna Center, Leavittsburg,
