  Southeastern Aroostook County in northern Maine...
  North central Penobscot County in east central Maine...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 327 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Katahdin
  Woods and Waters National Monument, or 7 miles west of Patten,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
           damage to trees and power lines.

FOR SOUTHEASTERN AROOSTOOK AND NORTHERN PENOBSCOT COUNTIES...

At 348 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Patten, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind 
         damage to trees and power lines.
