...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern
Jefferson, Lewis and northeastern Oswego Counties through 1045 AM
EDT...
At 913 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Barnes Corners to 8 miles south of
Pulaski. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and heavy rain.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Heavy rains could cause flooding.
