...An area of strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Jefferson 
and north central Lewis Counties through 1230 AM EDT...

At 1152 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms 
along a line from Chaumont Bay to Perch Lake to Antwerp, moving 
northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Heavy rains could cause flooding.

Locations impacted include...
Watertown, Fort Drum, Dexter, Glen Park, Redwood, Henderson Harbor,
Sackets Harbor, Henderson, Black River, Smithville, Philadelphia,
Brownville, Theresa, Antwerp, Chaumont, Evans Mills, Deferiet, Three
Mile Bay, Calcium and La Fargeville.
