...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN WAYNE...CAYUGA AND
SOUTHWESTERN OSWEGO COUNTIES...

At 526 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fulton, moving
east at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Fulton, Fair Haven Beach State Park, Central Square, Battle Island
State Park, Hastings, Volney, West Monroe, Palermo, Sterling,
Phoenix, Ira, Wolcott, Hannibal, Red Creek, Parish, South Hannibal,
Pennellville, Mallory, Hinmansville and Granby Center.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 33.
