...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN
CATTARAUGUS AND SOUTHERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

At 245 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located 
along a line extending from Hartsville to near Wellsville to Knapp 
Creek. Movement was east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Olean, Wellsville, Alfred, Whitesville, Weston Mills, Friendship,
Scio, Bolivar, Andover, Portville, Belmont, Alma, Richburg, Knapp
Creek, Stannards, Rock City Park, Knight Creek, West Clarksville,
Paynesville and Little Genesee.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
