* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Cayuga County in central New York...
  Southern Oswego County in central New York...

* Until 1215 PM EDT..

* At 1129 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cato, or 11
  miles southeast of Fair Haven Beach State Park, moving east at 35
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fulton, Central Square, Cato, Constantia, West Monroe, Phoenix,
