...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT WYOMING...
CATTARAUGUS...SOUTHEASTERN ERIE...SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON...CHAUTAUQUA...
NORTHERN ALLEGANY AND SOUTH CENTRAL GENESEE COUNTIES...
At 938 PM EST, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Attica to 7 miles south of Fredonia
to 6 miles southeast of Northwest Harborcreek. Movement was southeast
at 25 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.
Locations impacted include...
Jamestown, Salamanca, Dansville, Allegany State Park, Letchworth
State Park, Boston, Springville, Perry, Warsaw, Bennington, Colden,
Lakewood, Mount Morris, Gowanda, Attica, Falconer, Ashford, Arcade,
Franklinville and Mayville.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 6.
Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 23.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
