...AN AREA OF HEAVY SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL AFFECT 
WYOMING...NORTHEASTERN CATTARAUGUS...LIVINGSTON...NORTHERN ALLEGANY 
AND SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO COUNTIES...

At 904 AM EST, a narrow band of heavy snow dropping visibility to 
less than one-half mile was located along a line from Strykersville 
and Warsaw to Mount Morris and Bristol Mountain. Movement was 
southeast at 15 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Geneseo, Dansville, Letchworth State Park, Perry, Warsaw, Mount
Morris, Conesus, Arcade, Belfast, Rushford, Naples, Portageville,
Houghton, Varysburg, Yorkshire, Groveland, Caneadea, Springwater,
Sheldon and Canadice.

 This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 390 between exits 4 and 7.
 Interstate 86 between exits 31 and 33.

Visibilities will drop quickly to less than one-half mile as this 
band of heavy snow moves through. A quick inch of snow may occur.
