...A BAND OF BRIEF HEAVY SNOW AND LOW VISIBILITY WILL AFFECT 
SOUTHEASTERN JEFFERSON...LEWIS AND OSWEGO COUNTIES...

At 832 AM EST, an narrow band of heavy snow dropping visibility to 
less than one-half mile was located from Oswego to Pulaski to Barnes 
Corners to Croghan, moving southeast at 15 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Oswego, Fulton, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Lowville, Pulaski,
Central Square, Adams, Redfield, Selkirk Shores State Park,
Highmarket, Mexico Point State Park, Nine Mile Point, Battle Island
State Park, Barnes Corners, Whetstone Gulf State Park, Brewerton,
Hastings, Scriba, Volney and Richland.

 This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 40.
 
Visibilities will drop quickly to less than one-half mile as this 
band of heavy snow moves through. A quick inch of snow may occur.
