* Until 1045 PM EDT.
* At 944 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 21 nm north of
Ripley, or 25 nm west of Dunkirk, moving east at 30 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

waterspouts was located near Van Buren Point, or near Dunkirk, moving
east at 30 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
