NORTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON, NORTHWESTERN MONROE, NIAGARA, ORLEANS AND 
NORTHWESTERN WYOMING COUNTIES...

At 113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy 
rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain 
have fallen since last night. Flooding is expected, especially in 
urban areas and in areas with typically poor drainage.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Buffalo, Cheektowaga, Niagara Falls, West Seneca, North Tonawanda, 
Clarence, Lockport, Lackawanna, Batavia, Kenmore, Depew, Amherst, 
Tonawanda, Lancaster, Medina, Albion, Williamsville, Darien Lakes 
State Park, Hamlin Beach State Park and Grand Island.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
