  Dunkirk, Fredonia, Evans, Boston, Eden, Springville, Colden, 
  Gowanda, Silver Creek, Angola, Arcade, North Collins, North 
  Boston, East Concord, Angola on the Lake, Evangola State Park,

FOR NORTHWESTERN ALLEGANY, NORTHERN CATTARAUGUS, NORTHEASTERN 
CHAUTAUQUA, SOUTHERN ERIE AND SOUTHWESTERN WYOMING COUNTIES...

At 852 AM EDT, radar estimates and rain gauge data indicate between 
2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the warned area since the 
early morning hours. Though little additional rainfall will occur 
the rest of this morning, flood waters are only slowly receding and 
some roads still remain closed.
